恒溫恒濕試驗箱的故障排除法
恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)箱工作原理:恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)箱(簡稱:冷(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)) 冷(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)主要采(cai)用降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)結露的(de)(de)工作原理,對(dui)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進行(xing)(xing)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)干(gan)燥的(de)(de)干(gan)燥設備之一(yi)(yi);冷(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)主要由(you)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)系(xi)統、制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統和電氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統三個系(xi)統組成(cheng);從(cong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)出(chu)(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)熱(re)(re)、潮(chao)濕(shi)并(bing)且含有水(shui)(shui)分(fen),空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)進行(xing)(xing)初步冷(leng)(leng)卻(que);然后(hou)(hou)經過(guo)(guo)預冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),在空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)冷(leng)(leng)媒熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)被冷(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凍劑循環(huan)回(hui)路進一(yi)(yi)步冷(leng)(leng)卻(que), 與已(yi)經從(cong)蒸發器(qi)出(chu)(chu)來(lai)(lai)被冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)到壓(ya)力露點的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進行(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan),使壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)進一(yi)(yi)步降(jiang)低。之后(hou)(hou)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進入(ru)蒸發器(qi),與制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑進行(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan),壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)降(jiang)至 O℃~8~C,空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)份(fen)在此溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下析出(chu)(chu),通過(guo)(guo)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)將壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)凝出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)油和雜質(zhi)分(fen)離,通過(guo)(guo)自動排(pai)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)將其排(pai)出(chu)(chu)機(ji)外。而(er)干(gan)燥的(de)(de)低溫(wen)(wen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)則進入(ru)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)進行(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)升高(gao)后(hou)(hou)輸出(chu)(chu),能有很(hen)好的(de)(de)防止管路結露現象的(de)(de)發生,旁通閥能根據(ju)負荷變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)要求自動調節冷(leng)(leng)煤的(de)(de)通過(guo)(guo)量。
恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕試驗(yan)箱常(chang)見故障:
開機(ji),過了一段(duan)時間后,壓力露點指示(shi)器上的彩色(se)段(duan)能顯(xian)示(shi)在(zai)綠色(se)段(duan)或者顯(xian)示(shi)在(zai)紅色(se)段(duan)。
恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕試驗箱故障分析:
紅(hong)色(se)段-檢(jian)修(xiu)1壓力露(lu)點(dian)指(zhi)示器上(shang)的(de)彩(cai)色(se)段顯示在紅(hong)色(se)段。說明壓力露(lu)點(dian)過(guo)(guo)高。正常情況下應該在綠色(se)段,壓力露(lu)點(dian)過(guo)(guo)高。
故障成因:
① 熱保護開關(guan)失靈(ling)或損(sun)壞;
② 壓縮(suo)機啟動器壞或線(xian)圈斷;
③ 制冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統中的制冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)泄漏(lou)或堵(du)塞;
④ 冷凝器風扇不轉,溫(wen)度過高造(zao)成壓縮(suo)機啟動保(bao)護;
對故障(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin)逐一進行(xing)排除:
① 拆(chai)下(xia)熱(re)保護開(kai)(kai)關測(ce)量(liang)。發現開(kai)(kai)關已(yi)彈起,壓下(xia)后(hou)測(ce)量(liang)未見異常,把(ba)它放(fang)到烤(kao)箱中(zhong)加熱(re),取出測(ce)量(liang)控制接點能夠斷開(kai)(kai),如果不(bu)能斷開(kai)(kai)則(ze)說明熱(re)保護開(kai)(kai)關已(yi)壞:
② 打開壓縮(suo)機啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi),用萬用表Rxl歐姆檔測量啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)和(he)線(xian)圈阻(zu)值,啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)的阻(zu)值為(wei)零,線(xian)圈阻(zu)值為(wei)幾十歐姆,也(ye)未(wei)見異常(chang);
③ 恢復熱(re)保護開(kai)關和(he)壓縮(suo)機啟動(dong)器,開(kai)機使(shi)壓縮(suo)機工作(zuo),觀察(cha)到(dao)冷(leng)凝器溫度(du)有發熱(re),蒸發器上有冷(leng)凝霜,說(shuo)明制(zhi)冷(leng)系統(tong)中的制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)沒(mei)有泄漏或堵塞:
④ 將(jiang)(jiang)冷凝器(qi)風(feng)扇拆下(xia),接(jie)上(shang)220V電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),能(neng)轉,但(dan)是(shi)有(you)時(shi)又不轉,測量發現風(feng)扇電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)正(zheng)常,電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)的線圈也沒(mei)斷路(lu),那么可能(neng)是(shi)由于(yu)上(shang)次(ci)冷干機(ji)(ji)被(bei)水淹后(hou),沒(mei)有(you)對軸承進行更(geng)換,于(yu)是(shi)更(geng)換軸承,將(jiang)(jiang)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)恢(hui)復(fu)后(hou),開機(ji)(ji),過了一段(duan)時(shi)間后(hou),發現壓力露點指示(shi)器(qi)上(shang)的彩色段(duan)顯示(shi)在綠色段(duan),整機(ji)(ji)恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常。
另一種故障:啟動開機(ji)后正常(chang),但是,過了(le)一會就不正常(chang)了(le),嘗試幾次(ci)均是如此,分(fen)析(xi)壓(ya)縮機(ji)、冷(leng)凝(ning)器風扇、保護開關和制冷(leng)系(xi)統,用眼(yan)看(kan)手觸摸發現(xian)制冷(leng)系(xi)統有子冷(leng)劑泄漏(lou),對(dui)于(yu)冷(leng)劑泄漏(lou)的(de)故障處理起來比較簡(jian)單,在這里就不多說了(le)。
