振動臺的用途說明
振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臺(tai)又稱振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)激勵器(qi)或(huo)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發生器(qi)。它是一種利用(yong)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、電(dian)液(ye)壓、壓電(dian)或(huo)其(qi)他原理獲得機械振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。其(qi)原理是將激勵信號輸入一個置(zhi)于(yu)磁場中的(de)(de)(de)線圈,來驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和線圈相聯的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)臺(tai)。電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臺(tai)主要用(yong)于(yu)10Hz以(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)測量,最大可(ke)激發200N的(de)(de)(de)壓力(li)。在20Hz以(yi)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)頻率范圍,常使用(yong)電(dian)液(ye)壓式(shi)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臺(tai),這時振(zhen)(zhen)勸信號的(de)(de)(de)性質由(you)電(dian)伺服系(xi)統(tong)控制。液(ye)壓驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)以(yi)給出較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)位移和沖擊力(li)。振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臺(tai)可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)于(yu)加速度(du)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)準,也可(ke)用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)聲(sheng)器(qi)件的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)性能的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)試驗。
振動(dong)(dong)臺適用(yong)(yong)于汽車(che)零(ling)部件(jian)、電子元器(qi)件(jian)、組件(jian)、醫藥(yao)、食(shi)品(pin)、家具、禮品(pin)、陶(tao)瓷、包(bao)裝等(deng)行業實驗(yan)(yan)室及(ji)生產(chan)線上對樣(yang)品(pin)進(jin)行相關振動(dong)(dong)試驗(yan)(yan)。如(ru)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)接收試驗(yan)(yan),品(pin)質鑒定試驗(yan)(yan),可靠性鑒定試驗(yan)(yan),耐久試驗(yan)(yan),振動(dong)(dong)模擬分析,材料特性試驗(yan)(yan),疲(pi)勞試驗(yan)(yan),振動(dong)(dong)防止改善等(deng)。模擬產(chan)品(pin)在(zai)制造、組裝、運輸及(ji)使用(yong)(yong)過程中所遭(zao)受的(de)振動(dong)(dong)環(huan)(huan)境(jing),以評定其(qi)結構(gou)的(de)耐振性、可靠性和完好性。
振(zhen)(zhen)動臺用于模擬電(dian)(dian)工、電(dian)(dian)子、汽車零部件以及其它涉及到運輸的產品和貨物(wu)在運輸過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中的環境,檢(jian)測其產品的耐振(zhen)(zhen)性(xing)能,實現振(zhen)(zhen)動試驗需要的所有功能:正弦(xian)波、調頻、掃頻、可(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)式、倍頻、對數(shu)、最大加速(su)度,調幅、時(shi)間空制,通過(guo)升級可(ke)實現全功能電(dian)(dian)腦控制,簡易定(ding)加速(su)度/定(ding)振(zhen)(zhen)幅。
